Servis.ai comes equipped with multiple ways to view your data. The 4 main Views for organizing data in Servis.ai are – ‘List’, ‘Rolodex’, ‘Board’, and ‘Calendar View’.
Let’s take a look at each view!
List View
List View is the standard view mode across all apps, offering a dynamic and efficient way to manage large amounts of data in a vertical format. It allows for easy comparison and quick access to key information.
Customizing Your List View
- Select Your Columns: Choose which fields to display—include all record details or focus on specific data points.
- Adjust Column Widths: Resize columns to fit your needs.
- Rearrange with Ease: Use a simple drag-and-drop interface to reorder columns effortlessly.
How to Modify Columns
To customize your view, click the ‘Filter’ drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the panel (next to the save button) and navigate to the ‘Columns’ tab. From there, you can refine your display to suit your workflow.
From List View, you can take several actions:
- Batch-Edit Records
- Import Records
- Add a Dashlet to your view to include data visualizations of your data
You can include data in List View from Related Records, using the Dot-Walking feature that can be used to pull data in from Reference Fields, and dynamically calculate column data for any numeric field like Currency or Percentage.
- Select the 'Calculate' option and define the statistic you want to calculate for the Column such as Count, Average, Min, Max, and Sum.

Select ‘Rolodex View’ next.
Rolodex View
Rolodex View enhances your workflow by allowing swift navigation through records without the need to reload pages. This feature ensures all your records remain accessible in a single, continuous view.
Key Features:
- Card-Based Layout: Records are presented as cards aligned vertically on the left side of the view panel. These cards update in real-time, reflecting the most current data directly from each record.
- Customizable Display: Tailor the information on each card to suit your needs, including elements like images, contact details, assignments, and more.

Board View
Board View offers a dynamic way to visualize and manage your records by grouping them into customizable categories. This feature enhances data organization and provides real-time updates for efficient tracking.
Key Features:
- Card Representation: Each record is displayed as a card, presenting essential information and updating automatically to reflect the latest data.
- Grouping Requirement: To utilize Board View, ensure your data is organized into groups. Upon selecting Board View, the grouping tab activates automatically, facilitating seamless data categorization.
Select the field to group your records. For this example, we will group by 'Contact Stage'. To learn more, check out the Guide: Filter, Sort, & More.
We can now see the data in our ‘Board View’ sorted into columns based on the group selected. You can re-arrange the column order using drag-and-drop in the 'Filter' drop-down menu.
From Board View, you can take several actions:
- Update individual records by drag-and-dropping between columns (most often, this is used to update the stage/status of a Lead, Deal, Quote, Project, or Ticket).
- Add a Dashlet to the Board View to include visualizations of the data.
Calendar View
The Calendar View offers an intuitive way to display records based on date-specific fields, enhancing your ability to manage time-sensitive information effectively.
Key Features:
- Date-Based Display: Showcase records on a calendar using fields like 'Closed Date', 'Last Interaction', 'Creation Date', or any other date-related attribute.
- Flexible Timeframes: Adjust your calendar to view data by Month, Week, Day, Agenda, Resource Week, or Resource Day. This flexibility provides a clear snapshot of your business resources' schedules, aiding in the efficient allocation of team members to tasks, projects, or opportunities.
