Upon logging in, you'll encounter the Servis.ai Apps Page. While the specific apps displayed may vary based on your industry or initial setup, the overall layout remains consistent, providing a familiar and efficient user experience.
1. Servis.ai Apps
The Servis.ai Apps Page serves as the central hub for all your configured applications, housing your customer data in one accessible location. Key features include:
- App Management: Hover over any app to reveal a gear icon, granting quick access to settings for customization.
- Personalization Options: Tailor each app's icon and color to align with your organization's branding and preferences.
2. Activities Apps
Servis.ai's Activity Apps function as comprehensive audit logs, enabling you to monitor and review all recent activities within the platform. This includes tracking your team's interactions and actions, such as calls, emails, to-dos, meetings, and notes. By providing a centralized view of these activities, the Activity Apps facilitate effective oversight and management of your team's engagements.
3. Profile Header
In the top-right navigation, you'll find settings and more under your profile name.

Here you have access to all of your notifications, tasks, calendar and even ai assistants. All you need to do is simply click on one of the icons and everything you need will slide into view.

5. Navigation Menu
The Navigation Menu in Servis.ai serves as the central hub for accessing the platform's primary features and customization settings. Key sections include:

- Activities: Monitor and track recent actions and interactions.

6. Global Search
Use Search in the Navigation Menu to rapidly find anything. You can search for Records, Activities, Saved Views, and Settings Pages.
Search results will display relative to their parent App for instant context.

7. Recents, Favorites, and Reporting
Recents: See the last 10 pages you visited and quickly navigate to a specific one. You can expand-collapse this menu as needed.
To simply go back to the last page, you can click directly on the Back arrow.
Favorites: See and navigate to your 'Favorited' pages. You can expand-collapse this menu as needed.
Reporting: Manage your saved views, dashboards, and scheduled reports from this menu.
8. Apps and Activities
Here you can access all applications and activities in Servis.ai.
9. Settings
If you're an Admin you'll be spending a lot of time on this menu. Adjust settings for any of your applications and actions, add and manage users, and even add 3rd party integrations.
