Seamlessly integrate Zoom Phone capabilities within Servis.ai. The following features are supported by the integration.
- Click to Dial - Click on phone number field across any app in Servis.ai to automatically place call via Zoom Phone.
- Call Log with Recording - Automatically create call log records which show up on activity timeline of the contact along with call recording.

Prerequisites
- Paid Zoom Account.

A verified Pro Version Servis.ai account.
- Only a Servis.ai admin user can connect with Zoom Phone for Servis.ai app.
- Zoom admin user.
- Installed Zoom app in your machine.
Installation and Configuration
Installing from Zoom Marketplace
- Login to your Zoom account from the Zoom Website. Then navigate to the App Marketplace.

Search for Servis.ai and click on the app.

Click Install, confirm the app permissions and choose Authorize.
- You will see a success page, and the app will be available for your Zoom account. The Zoom Phone for Servis.ai app will appear under the Manage > Installed Apps section of your Zoom account.
Configuration from Servis.ai

Login to your Servis.ai account.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > VoIP
- Enable VOIP Calling.
- Select Zoom as your VOIP Provider.
- Enable Auto-Sync for Calls and SMS on the apps you would like to sync. E.g. Contacts app
- Click on Save.
- Click on Authorize Zoom. Next, you will be taken to a popup, where you’ll need to log in to your Zoom account.
If unable to view the popup, please make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser for the freeagent.network domain. Here’s a sample article from Google Chrome on allowing/blocking popups for specific domains.

After successfully logging into your Zoom account you will be required to allow permissions for the integration. Confirm the app permissions and click on Allow:
- Now that you’ve enabled this VoIP integration, you will be able to make Zoom Phone Calls inside Servis.ai.

Placing an outbound call with Zoom Phone in FreeAgent:

Click on a phone field in the Servis.ai platform.
- This will allow to initiate an outbound call from your Zoom app, make sure to click on the Make Call button shown in the floating panel.

Capturing call logs for both the Inbound/Outbound call scenarios:
- When a call is completed, rejected, or missed, a Servis.ai phone call record is created with the call details such as from, to, duration, result and recording.

The user can edit the editable fields in the form, add an optional note and save the call log record in Servis.ai.

Capturing and accessing Zoom Phone recordings in FreeAgent:

A user can access his call logs in the All Phone Calls view. There, a user can see actions to play their call recordings.

Uninstalling the Zoom Phone for Servis.ai app
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.
- Search for Zoom Phone for Servis.ai and click the app or navigate to your installed apps via Manage > Installed Apps.
- Click Uninstall next to Zoom Phone for Servis.ai.
- Confirm the dialogue and click Uninstall.

Data Security: How your data is used
- This app has access to the following information on Zoom:
- View all users' phone information. This info is used for accessing Call Logs and SMS metadata.
- View all user information. This info is used for user management.
- This app uses the following information from your Servis.ai account:
- Servis.ai Team ID: This info is used to associate your Servis.ai account with your Zoom account.
