This feature allows you to create new records a lot faster by duplicating an existing one. Before actually saving it, you can make edits to it if necessary. It is especially useful for those records that are essentially the same, with minor differences, like quotes for example.
Edition Qualifier: This feature is available in all FreeAgent Editions.
User Permissions: No special permissions are required to use this feature.
Navigate to Apps
There are a few different ways to get to the app you want.

Duplicate a Record
There are two different ways you can duplicate a record:
1. Click on the checkbox right next to its name.
Note: You can only duplicate one record at a time. If you select multiple records, the 'Duplicate' button will be disabled.
Once you have selected the desired record, click the 'duplicate' button. This process could take a few seconds depending on the amount of information contained in the record.
2. Hover your cursor over the three-dot icon next to the record and click on 'Duplicate'.
When the record is duplicated, you will be able to edit it. Make the required changes and click the 'Save' button to finish the process.
