You can access the rolodex view from the Filters options in the top right corner of the screen. Simply click on the Filters view and then click "Apply".
This view provides high-level detail for all the records. There are four main sections in this view.
1. Card List
This list includes all the records of the App. Since it is made from the Cards of each record it will show the most relevant information for each of them. You can scroll down the list to review all your records or get to a specific one.
Your team administrator can change the information displayed on the cards. For more information, please visit the following article:
2. Information
Here you will see all the details for the selected record. When you hover over this section the edit and delete buttons will appear. You can also click on the elements in blue since they are links or have special actions.
If they reference another App, clicking on it will take you to that App. A single click on phone numbers will initiate a call. Clicking an email address will open the email window.
3. Activity Timeline
In this section, you will see all the different activities related to that record. They can be Next Steps, sent or received emails, notes, @mentions, or attachments. Through the Actions button, you can call, email, schedule meetings or add attachments.
Each of the activities can be edited, stared, shared to another app, and even deleted.
Note: There are permission restrictions that could impact your ability to edit an activity. For more information, please contact your team's administrator.
