Changing your password after your first login, and periodically will help to keep your account safe.
User Permissions: No special permissions are required to use this feature.
Navigate to Change Password
Open the Preferences menu by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the screen. This will open your profile menu. Click on 'Preferences' and then navigate to the 'Password' tab.
Change Password
To change your password, you will need to enter your current password along with the new password you’d like to change to. Your password must contain at least one number, one uppercase letter, and a special character such as: @ # ! ? and must be at least 6 characters long.
If the new password doesn't match the confirmation password, you will receive an error message. Once completed click 'Save'.
If you are unable to log in to FreeAgent CRM but would like to reset your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the sign-in page, enter your email address and select ‘Reset Password’. You will get a success message along with an email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset.
Note: Next time you log in to FreeAgent CRM you will need to enter your new password.
