Records are the building blocks of Apps. Creating, updating and managing records defines how you will use a given App. The FreeAgent CRM mobile app features the most relevant functionality for you and your team on the go. You will be able to manage all your records.
User Permissions: No special permissions are required to use this feature.
Navigate to Apps
Open the menu to display all your available Apps. Then just tap the desired one and open a view.
Create a Record
To create a new record in any App, tap the + sign in the bottom left corner.
Note: Fields that have the '*' symbol right next to them are mandatory fields, which means they must be filled out in order to create the record.
Fill in the form and once you are done, tap 'Save' to create the record.
Note: Read/Write access to some fields could be restricted. Contact your team's administrator for more information.
You will be redirected to the record's detail page so you can start interacting with it right away.
Edit or Delete a Record
Tap the desired record and then tap the options icon, located in the top right corner. You will have the option to edit or delete the record.
