Servis.ai allows organizations to support multiple languages, enabling each team member to select their preferred language for their account. By offering multilingual options, businesses can ensure a more comfortable and efficient user experience for all employees.
Setting Up Multiple Languages
The default language in Servis.ai is English, but administrators can add as many languages as needed to accommodate their team. This option is available at the bottom of the settings page.
To add a new language:
- Click "Add New".
- Select the desired language from the available list.
- Click "OK" and ensure you save your changes.
User Preferences
Once multiple languages are enabled, users can update their language preference in their account settings, allowing them to navigate Servis.ai in their chosen language.
