Servis.ai offers multiple login methods to ensure both convenience and security. Users can choose from the following authentication options:

• Google Authentication – Log in using your Google account for a seamless experience.
• Microsoft 365 OAuth – Access your account with Microsoft 365 credentials.
• Direct Login – Use a username and password for authentication.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Add an extra layer of security using your email inbox.

These login options are available on the Servis.ai login screen, allowing users to select the method that best suits their needs.

The options will show up on your login screen.

Note: In order to use two-factor authentication you need to ensure that 'Direct login' is also selected. 

Two-factor authentication gives you an added layer of security when using the Direct Login option. 

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a recommended security measure. This feature adds an extra step to the login process—typically a verification code sent to your email inbox—enhancing protection against unauthorized access.

It’s important to note that 2FA can only be activated when Direct Login is selected.
