Navigate to VoIP
Go to Settings > Integrations > VoIP and check the Enable VOIP Calling checkbox.

Once you access the contents, the information will automatically update to display the first supported provider, Twilio. However, you can switch to a different provider using the VOIP Provider dropdown.
Supported Providers

Twillio

Twilio Account SID (Required)
- A unique identifier for your Twilio account, used to authenticate API requests and connect to Twilio services.

Twilio API Key (Required)
- A security credential that allows your application to authenticate and interact with Twilio’s API securely.

Twilio API Secret (Required)
- A private key associated with your Twilio API Key, required for secure authentication. It should be kept confidential.

Enable Recording
- Determines whether VoIP calls should be recorded. Options: Yes (enable call recording) or No (disable recording).

- Defines whether recorded calls should be transcribed into text. Options: Yes (enable transcription) or No (disable transcription).

RingCentral

Enable Fax
- Checkbox option to enable or disable fax functionality within RingCentral. If enabled, the system allows sending and receiving faxes through the platform.

Is Authorized
- Checkbox indicating whether the account has been successfully authorized to access RingCentral's services.

Last Authorized
- A read-only field showing the last time the account was authorized. This helps track authentication status and ensure seamless connectivity.

Connected Phone Number
- Input field for entering the RingCentral-connected phone number used for calls and messaging. This is required for VoIP functionality.

Import All Logs
- Checkbox to enable or disable the import of all call logs, SMS records, and fax activity from RingCentral into the system.

Enable Import Phone and SMS
- A dropdown option to specify the type of data to be imported from RingCentral. In this case, the Contact App is selected, meaning contact details will be imported.

Netlink

Server URL (Required)
- The URL of the Netlink server that the system will connect to. This is crucial for establishing a connection between the application and the Netlink service.

- A unique security key that authenticates and authorizes API requests to the Netlink system. This must be entered correctly to allow secure communication with the server.

SMS Phone Number (Required)
- The dedicated phone number used for sending and receiving SMS messages through Netlink’s messaging service.
