Admins can access the calendars of those who have accounts set up within FreeAgent.
User Permissions: Only the Administrators can use this feature.
Requirements: In order to see calendar events the users will need to have an active account with FreeAgent and have their email paired with that account.

Navigate to Team Calendar
Click on the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
If you're an Admin and you have users that have paired their email accounts you'll see calendar events from everyone on your team.
Manage Team Calendar
You can move between days and weeks with the arrow keys and move from daily to weekly view by clicking on the "Day" button.
If you need to get back to the present just click on "Today".
